The Host/Hostess is responsible for overseeing the meal service to residents, families, and guests in an assisted living community. This role ensures quality customer service is provided by designated community staff, including Care Partners, Medication Aides, and other assigned staff. The position also ensures prompt service to all resident tables with professional presentation and maintains cleanliness of meal service areas on a per-shift basis. The Host/Hostess coordinates meal service duties of Care Partners, Medication Aides, and/or other staff assigned to the community dining room under the leadership of the Culinary Services Director.
