The Host/Hostess, reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Guest Services Manager, is responsible for greeting guests, managing waitlists, providing estimated wait times, accommodating seating requests, seating guests, offering menus, inspecting tables, relaying messages, and handling phone etiquette. They must also report to work on time and as scheduled, understanding that their shift ends only upon approval by the Manager on Duty (MOD).
