Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
Answer the telephone, book reservations and move tables together to accommodate large parties
