About The Position
As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously. Duties of this position include answering phones, taking, entering and packaging To-Go orders, collecting payment, filling beverage orders, assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables, resolving complaints as they occur, notifying the manager of any complaints received.
Requirements
- Ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
- Ability to communicate with guests
- Sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
- Meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
