Host/Hostess (QUA Dining-Fountain Valley, CA)
About The Position
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your duties will include greeting guests, managing the waitlist and seating arrangements, handling phone calls, assisting with reservations, and providing support to the front-of-house team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive dining experience for all patrons. Success in this position requires excellent communication, a consistently positive demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure and organization, especially during peak dining hours.
Requirements
- Food Handler Card (Training Provided if Needed)
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
