About The Position

Come be a part of a true work family at a restaurant with unforgettable ocean views. Some mornings you can even see dolphins swimming. We are seeking a host / hostess who can work weekends, day and evening shifts. We are a welcoming, friendly, professional team of unique individuals working together to provide the best experience for our members and guests. Our goal for 2026 is to be rated a Forbes 5-star property and we are seeking those individuals with the passion and attention to detail to help us obtain our goal. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service with a strong emphasis on hospitality to all guests. We are looking for those dynamic individuals who want to WOW their guests. For us this is not just a job, it's a way of life. We do not want to just meet expectations we want to exceed them.

Requirements

Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.

Responsibilities

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
Arrive to work on time, consistently.
Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
Check overall presentation of dining room, to include music level, tables and chairs, floor.
Greet and seat all members and guests, with a smile and using their names.
When seating guests and members, pull chairs out for ladies and place a menu in front of each.
Distribute “covers” evenly among servers.
Periodically check dining room entrance and clean as necessary, to include ashtrays and trash on floor.
Assist servers as much as possible, without leaving the door unattended for any length of time.
Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager and/or Director of Food Services.
