Our luxury hotel, located near the Atlanta Airport, is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team as Host/Hostesses. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we believe in creating a vibrant and enjoyable workplace for our team members. Full and part-time positions are available, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

Great storytelling skills
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Availability to work weekends
Previous experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience.
Presenting menus and highlighting daily specials and chef's recommendations, enticing guests with a delightful culinary journey.
Taking names on a waiting list and managing table availability.
Engaging guests in conversation, sharing recommendations, and providing information about our hotel and local attractions.
Keeping track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables, ensuring smooth seating transitions for our guests.
Creating a lively atmosphere by interacting with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant, making each dining experience unforgettable.
Embracing creativity and attention to detail to fulfill to-go orders efficiently, showcasing our commitment to exceptional service.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area, ensuring menus are stocked and readily available for guests.
Answering phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, addressing guests' inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and upcoming events.
Collaborating with our dynamic team to deliver outstanding service and contribute to a positive work environment.
