About The Position

This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door, seating and presenting clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. The role involves managing guest flow, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host area and restrooms. The Host/Hostess will also assist with side work projects and interact with guests throughout their visit.

Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests at the door and seating them.
Presenting menus and informing guests of specials.
Managing a waiting list and providing accurate wait times.
Operating the floor plan board.
Observing tables to track clean, dirty, and occupied status.
Cleaning and wiping down tables.
Cleaning, organizing, and stocking menus in the host area.
Performing various side work duties such as refilling condiment bottles, cleaning windows, and sweeping floors.
Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintaining restrooms by refilling paper towels and hand soap.
Folding t-shirts and organizing merchandise.
Reporting to work in a neat and clean uniform with proper grooming and hygiene.
Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Attending required meetings.
