About The Position
Greets and seats guests, manages reservations and wait lists, answers phones and handles customer inquiries. Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, coordinating with kitchen and wait staff and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Must have excellent customer service, communication, organization and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Keep the waiting area clean and organized and process takeout orders. Professionally handle complaints and thank departing guests for their visit. A collaborative attitude is needed to work effectively with servers, cooks and management.
