Responsibilities

Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience.
Notify guests of their wait time, enter their name into the computer seating system, and issue a pager if there is a wait.
Operate the computer seating system.
Lead guests to their table, seat them, distribute menus, and offer final words.
Answer the phone and respond to questions concerning the menu, reservations, and the restaurant.
Address difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
