We are looking for polished, hospitality-driven Hosts/Hostesses who understand that the guest experience begins the moment someone walks through the door. As the first and last impression of the restaurant, you are more than a host — you are the hospitality ambassador of the brand. Responsibilities
- Managing reservations and guest flow with precision and confidence
- Creating thoughtful table assignments and maintaining smooth floor pacing
- Reading guests and customizing each experience to their needs
- Following up with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Always finding a way to say “yes” and accommodating guest requests whenever possible
- Creating a warm, elevated, high-end hospitality experience every single night
- Working closely with management and service teams to ensure flawless execution
