Responsibilities

Greet guests with a genuine smile, enthusiasm, and warmth upon their arrival, making them feel welcome.
Notify guests of their wait time, enter their name into the computer seating system, and issue a pager.
Operate the computer seating system.
Lead guests to their table, seat them, distribute menus, and offer final words.
Answer the phone and respond to questions concerning the menu, reservations, and the restaurant.
Address difficult situations and guest’s complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
Communicate clearly, write well, and speak well.
Explain concepts to anyone.
Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
Practice what you preach.
Be guest-focused and multi-task.
