About The Position

As the initial guest contact, the host / hostess sets the tone for their entire Concourse Club experience, playing an essential role in establishing a positive and lasting relationship with guests. Concourse Club Rooftop Lounge offers handcrafted, unique cocktails in an upscale atmosphere atop the Element by Westin, Wood-Ridge, NJ. Guests can pair carefully crafted cocktails and wine with inspired small plates. The lounge boasts a large, unique, and hard-to-find selection of spirits, as well as an eclectic wine, champagne, and sake collection. The Briad Group® is rapidly expanding to serve many hospitality needs, with a robust portfolio including Wendy's franchise locations, Marriott and Hilton brand hotels, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, and a growing portfolio of unique Rooftop Lounge venues. • Work in fast-paced environment with lots of guest interaction

• Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their needs
• Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others
