About The Position

Mama Kim Malaysian Fusion is a modern Malaysian-fusion restaurant focused on whole ingredients, bold flavors, and nourishing the body from the inside out. As the first U.S. location of a highly regarded Malaysian brand with 13 restaurants overseas, we are proud to bring a health-forward culinary experience to Greenwood Village. Located beside our sister day spa, Jalan Facial Spa, our concept blends vibrant Southeast Asian traditions with modern wellness values. Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about creating a great first impression? We’re looking for a Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and support both dine-in and take-out service to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
• Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with reservation or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins using our system.
• Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and take to-go orders accurately.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Keep the entry, host stand, and pickup areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Assist with special events and large party arrangements as needed.
