About The Position

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the welcoming face of our dining experience, creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll guide guests to their tables with warmth and professionalism, ensure dining area readiness, and enhance our guests’ experience through attentive service and smooth table transitions.

Requirements

• Ability to greet guests warmly and use guest names when possible.
• Ability to guide guests to their tables.
• Ability to attend daily menu classes.
• Ability to manage reservations accurately.
• Ability to provide timely information on wait times.
• Ability to accommodate seating preferences.
• Ability to set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Knowledge of menu offerings and buffet options.

Responsibilities

• Assist with special requests, promptly address complaints, and follow proper etiquette to elevate each guest’s dining experience.
