About The Position

The main objective of the Restaurant Host/Hostess is to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support a smooth and organized flow of the dining room. This role is responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, assisting with guest requests, maintaining a clean host stand and dining area, and providing information about hotel services to ensure a pleasant and efficient guest dining experience. Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality, as well as utilize excellent time management and communication skills.
