About The Position
As a Host, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. A Host will be required to greet incoming and departing guest in a welcoming manner. Seat the guest in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
Requirements
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
- Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Must be able to read and listen to instructions, memos, short correspondences, and messages.

- Welcoming and thanking guests
