This role involves providing information on all aspects of the Spokane Tribe Casino services and facilities, managing guest waiting lists or reservations, answering phones, and communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure quality service. The position requires providing exceptional customer service to the public and staff, and performing other duties as assigned.
