About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for greeting guests, arranging for prompt seating, and for ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable. This role involves providing information on all aspects of the Spokane Tribe Casino services and facilities, managing guest waiting lists or reservations, answering phones, and communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure quality service. The position requires providing exceptional customer service to the public and staff, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One year customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as co-workers.
• Ability to document and comprehend reservations.
• Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the restaurant.
• Ability to lift to 10 pounds so as to carry stacks of menus or help to bus tables as necessary.
• Ability to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of smoke, noise and crowds the severity of which depends upon customer volume.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Gaming license.

• Prior restaurant experience is helpful.

Responsibilities
