About The Position

Steven Singer Jewelers is a well-established, family-owned company with over 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Newly opened in Newtown, PA, our showroom offers a wide range of exquisite jewelry pieces and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a full or part-time Host/Hostess to join our team and enhance our customers' experience.

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience.
A positive and welcoming attitude.
Ability to engage with customers and make them feel comfortable.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Willingness to support and assist colleagues.
Minimum of part-time availability, including working on weekends.

Handle customer information with confidentiality and care.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
Engage in friendly conversations and actively listen to understand each customer's needs and desires.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering assistance, answering questions, and providing relevant information about products and services.
Assess customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate staff member for assistance.
Ensure smooth and efficient customer flow within the showroom.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring attractive presentation of displays and merchandise.
Take responsibility for general showroom maintenance and tidiness.
Accurately record and update customer information in the physical client database, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other staff members to provide a seamless customer experience.
Support team members when needed, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.
