About The Position

TBK Bank Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host and Food Runner. As a Host and Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome
• Manage the seating of guests and ensure that they are comfortable
• Take food and drink orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear tables and ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team
