Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to operate point-of-sale computer and calculator
- Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Professional image representative of company image
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash
- Ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment
- Ability to work a flexible eight-hour shift, breakfast, lunch, or dinner including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges
- Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones; and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality
- Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
