About The Position

host/hostess position as Mexican Sugar is meant to be your Casa Futura. Our
hosts and hostess can be described as grace under fire because they are always
ahead of guest needs and always in control. Comfortable, sultry Mexican
experiences are our passion, is it yours?

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start every guest experience by sweeping guests away to their ideal destination to unwind and escape the day-to-day
• Move with a purpose achieved with fast-paced foot speed, graceful flow, and purpose in every movement.
• Recognize our VIP guests and kick off their visits by welcoming back the best of friends.
• Ensure we know when an event, like a birthday or anniversary is happening, so we can join the fiesta and make it muy especial
• Encourage your team members to seek help from you by inspiring them with your skills and expertise.
