About The Position
We are looking for a Host/Cashier who will greet every guest with a prompt and friendly welcome. You are the guest’s first and last impression of Quaker Steak & Lube – have fun with it!
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- No experience is required.
- Prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed
- Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
- Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
- Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
- All other duties as assigned
