Whether you’ve worked in food service or retail—or you’re just eager to learn—this is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant team at Point 9 - a Trailside Eatery. As a Cashier, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll take and enter orders, make beverage or pairing recommendations, and ensure a clean, welcoming space. Your ability to stay upbeat and detail-focused is key to delivering a smooth, positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort learning new systems and multitasking during busy shifts
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system
- Suggest wine or beverage pairings based on guest preferences
- Process payments by cash or card quickly and correctly
- Keep grab-and-go displays and merchandise areas stocked and tidy
