About The Position

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort — home of the world's largest hot springs pool — is looking for a Host / Cashier to be the friendly face of our Food & Beverage outlets. You'll greet guests visiting from all over the world, ring up their orders, and make sure every person leaves with a great impression. If you're reliable, upbeat, and love making people's day, we want to meet you.

Requirements

Reliable and hardworking — you show up on time, every time, ready to go
A team player with a great attitude, even when it's slammed
Comfortable handling money and making accurate change
A professional appearance and a genuinely friendly, helpful presence with guests
Flexible schedule — able to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with a smile and take food and beverage orders accurately
Ring up orders on the POS — handle cash, credit, and room-charge payments quickly and accurately
Be proactive with guest service — answer questions, offer suggestions, and solve small problems before they become big ones
Work as a team during busy rushes — communicate, cover for teammates, and jump in wherever F&B needs a hand
Keep dining areas, counters, and stations clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day
Follow opening and closing checklists so every shift starts and ends right
