Requirements

• Experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on customer engagement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Skilled in social media management to create appealing content and foster online community engagement
• Proven ability in sales techniques, product demos, and event marketing to boost brand visibility and revenue
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that makes guests feel welcome
• Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies relevant to the craft beverage industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism throughout busy periods

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and provide engaging tours of the brewery, highlighting our brewing process and unique offerings
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about different beers, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
• Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, photos, and engaging content to promote the brewery’s brand
• Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives such as tastings, festivals, and community outreach programs
• Collect guest feedback and data during visits to help improve overall customer experience and gather insights for marketing strategies
• Support sales efforts by upselling merchandise and promoting upcoming events or new product releases
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit
