General responsibilities – Job overview Carryout Stocking and maintaining Meat and Dessert cases Taking guest orders by phone, in person and online Maintaining cleanliness of carryout area Assisting the host as needed Learn food and beverage menu Point of Sale system entry, cash handling Restocking and maintaining carryout dry goods area Checking and restocking restrooms during service if needed Additional responsibilities as requested by the management team. Host Enthusiastically greet guests as soon as they walk through the door Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates Maintain a neat, organized environment Seat guest and take initial drink orders (as needed) to ensure ideal speed of service Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed Rotate seating between stations to ensure even workload for waitstaff Learn food and beverage menu Assist with Point-of-sale system entry, cash handling if needed Checking and restocking restrooms during service if needed Additional responsibilities as requested by the management team
