About The Position

As the Hospitality Vertical Sales Leader on the Best Buy Business team, you'll develop and implement successful business sales strategies. In this role, you will draw from industry knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of Best Buy Business to clients and partners, establish partnerships, and create a pipeline of business opportunities. This role leads a team responsible for the United States. This role is remote, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Requirements

3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or military service equivalent
3 years of experience in management or leadership with budget responsibility
3 years of experience in new business development or account management

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business, arts, science or related fields
3 years of experience in technology, A/V sales and installation, or related fields

Responsibilities

Develop specific goals and performance expectations for your sales team and assess their performance
Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and recognition
Partner with leadership to create long-term goals and develop growth strategies
Respond to business trends by developing new offerings, services and distribution channels to increase sales.
Attend industry conferences and events to stay up to date on market and creative trends.
Work with other leaders to expand skill set development strategies and help recruit diverse, qualified talent.
