The Hospitality Intern provides analytical and project support to the hospitality valuation team across a range of asset types, from small inns to large resorts. This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in hospitality, finance, real estate, or related disciplines and offers hands-on experience in hotel real estate analysis and appraisal. The intern will gather and synthesize primary and secondary data by conducting market participant surveys, compiling information from online platforms, and maintaining the team’s comparable-property database. This role is best suited for individuals with a strong interest in real estate appraisal, a hospitality background, and a desire to build a long-term career in the valuation industry. We welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds; however, students studying Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or related fields tend to align most closely with the work. The variety of assignments keeps the work dynamic and intellectually engaging. This role is based in our Denver or Tucson office. Hybrid work may be available after onboarding, based on team needs and performance. The initial internship is during the summer and may be extended based on business need and performance. Employment is at-will. Continuing education is central to the appraisal industry and Partner’s mission. We are committed to providing a better experience for our clients and our employees. As a part of this commitment, interns are considered for continuation in the Intern to Analyst Pipeline after completion of their first semester.
