About The Position
Front of House positions at Urban Plates are responsible for delivering superior guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas, patios, and restrooms. Additionally, team members are expected to suggestively sell beverages and pastries and guide guests through the service line and dining experience. Urban Plates, founded in 2011, aims to provide craveable, scratch-cooked food using quality, sustainably grown, and ethically treated ingredients at honest prices. Responsibilities
- Delivering superior guest service
- Processing transactions for payment
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the front-of-the-house guest dining area, patios, and restrooms
- Suggestive selling beverages and pastries
- Acting as a guide to Guests as they navigate through the service line and dining areas
