About The Position

As a Hospitality Team Member (FOH) at Urban Plates, you will be responsible for delivering superior guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front-of-house dining areas, patios, and restrooms. This role also involves suggestive selling beverages and pastries and guiding guests through the service line and dining areas. Responsibilities

  • Delivering superior guest service
  • Processing transactions for payment
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the front-of-the-house guest dining area, patios, and restrooms
  • Suggestive selling beverages and pastries
  • Acting as a guide to Guests as they navigate through the service line and dining areas
