About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Bussers and Food Runners to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll support servers to ensure smooth and efficient service, keeping tables and the dining area clean, deliver food promptly and accurately, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift 25-50lbs.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
Support servers by clearing dishes between courses and resetting tables after guests depart.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms.
Ensure workstations are stocked and prepared at the start of service.
Return used dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
Assist with serving hot beverages such as coffee and tea when needed.

Pay is base $10.98 plus tipshare which averages about $8 an hour ($18.98 an hour avg)
