We are currently seeking a Full-Time, Temporary Hospitality Supervisor to support operations at Bristol Mountain . Requirements

  • Previous leadership or hospitality experience (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays (it's ski season - the fun never stops!)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a fun, high-energy team
  • Keep everything running seamlessly - from stocking and staffing to smiles and service
  • Support food safety, cleanliness, and top-notch guest service
  • Be the go-to person for questions, problem solving, and positive vibes
