About The Position
JOB PURPOSE Supervises the day to day operation of the Hospitality department and Concierge staff for SBCH, GVCH, CRH, SYVCH. Under the supervision of the Manager of Service Excellence, oversees the Hospitality Programs to create a culture of service excellence in order to enhance the patient experience at all CH hospitals QUALIFICATIONS All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of database software systems.
- Typing speed of at lease 35 wpm.
- 3 years in a hospitality/customer service field.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related customer service field.
- 1 year supervisory experience.
