The Hospitality Specialist creates a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for every guest. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and sharing product knowledge. As the first and lasting impression for our customers, the Hospitality Specialist brings warmth, energy, and professionalism to every interaction.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Guide guests through the store experience, helping them discover products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including ingredients, usage, benefits, and store history.
• Ensure the store is cleaned, well-stocked, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with checkout and packaging purchases with care.
• Other duties as assigned.
