Luna Grill, a fast-casual/QSR concept, is looking for energetic Hospitality Specialists to create memorable guest experiences, keep the front of house running smoothly, and be the face of their restaurants. With over 20 years of serving fresh, Mediterranean food in Southern California and Dallas–Fort Worth (50+ locations and counting), they are expanding their Arizona footprint and are looking for individuals to help launch their new location in Phoenix.

Requirements

1+ year guest-facing experience in a high volume or fast-casual restaurant environment required
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye
Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations
Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect
Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile
Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout the shift
Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride
Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail
Support teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy
