Responsible for providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors. This role involves answering the main entry door, following screening protocols, answering phones, cleaning and disinfecting common areas, assisting with resident engagement activities, maintaining the front porch appearance, sorting mail, and promoting positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and maintain confidentiality.
