About The Position

Romi Digital is a rapidly growing social media agency based in New York City, specializing in working with hospitality, beauty, and e-commerce brands. We focus on building effective content systems rather than relying on chance. We are seeking a dedicated individual to own the strategy and growth for our hospitality clients, ensuring they become the most sought-after accounts in the city. This role is results-oriented, emphasizing strategic thinking and measurable growth over simple content posting.

• Ability to write and identify effective hooks.
• Knowledge of current trends in the hospitality industry.

• Creativity in content ideation.
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and the internal team.
• An eye for food and atmosphere.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Photography or videography experience shooting food content (iPhone-led is acceptable).
• Based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Set and run the content strategy for each account, tied to real funnel thinking.
• Utilize effective hooks in all created content.
• Stay ahead of hospitality-specific trends, not just general social media trends.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments for the following month.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and proactively address potential issues.
• Report on results and conduct monthly strategy calls with clients.
• Capture the essence of the client's experience, including the room, crowd, and atmosphere, to create compelling stories.
• Ensure every post reflects the client's brand identity.
• Own the client relationship as the main point of contact.
• Build the content calendar for each account.
• Edit and design content, including reels, shorts, and graphics.
• Quality check all content before publication.
