Requirements

Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Responsibilities

The Hospitality Service Specialist will work to execute all site operations pertaining to office services.
Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and event
Facilities - maintaining floors and common areas throughout the office
Inventory - monitoring supplies to ensure correct par levels for hospitality and office supplies
Reception - greeting visitors, routing incoming calls, handling badges, validating parking and other tasks as assigned
Reporting - maintaining an accurate and comprehensive report of activities completed
Maintain effective written and oral communications with end users and visitors to the office
