About The Position

Original Ventures is hiring a Hospitality Reservations & Property Specialist to support our growing hospitality portfolio, including The Strawberry Inn, AZ Vacation Rentals, and a boutique hotel in Prescott, currently under renovation and opening later this year. This position is based at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ, and is not an on-site hotel property role. The right candidate will support hospitality operations from our office while also assisting with guest communication, reservations, property coordination, and occasional field-related tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is guest-focused, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable supporting both reservation management and property operations. You’ll be cross-trained across our hospitality brands, learning our systems and processes now so you can grow with the company as our new location opens.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
  • Hospitality mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach to guest needs and problem solving
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow checklists and manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning systems such as Cloudbeds, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Wix, and guest communication tools
  • Comfortable working in an office setting, being on the move, and supporting property-related tasks outside the office
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable with guest information, property access, invoices, and internal processes
  • Flexible team player with a “no task too small” attitude in a fast-paced, family-owned company

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communication across phone, email, text/chat, and booking platforms
  • Assist with reservations, guest questions, schedule changes, invoices, and payment follow-up
  • Support daily operations for The Strawberry Inn and AZ Vacation Rentals
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and internal team members to resolve guest or property needs
  • Conduct routine property inspections for cleanliness, staging, inventory, and presentation standards
  • Track and communicate supply needs, including linens, consumables, guest items, and property essentials
  • Assist with office support, errands, key access, ordering, shipping, and other hospitality operations tasks as needed
