Islander 71 is seeking a Hospitality Management Intern to work directly alongside our leadership team and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, guest experience, team leadership, and front-of-house management. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk internship. You'll be immersed in the daily operation, learning what it takes to lead a high-volume restaurant while developing real-world hospitality and business management skills. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing Hospitality, Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields who are interested in restaurant leadership and operations.
