About The Position
The Propolis is looking for a Hospitality & Leasing Agent to become one of the main faces of our communities. This role is a combination of hospitality, leasing, sales, and resident interaction. You will spend your day communicating with prospective residents, conducting tours, answering questions, helping people move into our communities, and creating a positive experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- English required
Nice To Haves
- Spanish is a plus
- Experience with photography, videography, or basic content creation
- Experience editing photos and videos for social media
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms
- Experience creating content that helps promote products, services, or communities
- Hospitality, sales, customer service, hotel, restaurant, retail, or leasing experience is a plus
- Hospitality, sales, customer service, restaurant, hotel, front desk, retail, or other people-facing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
- Follow up with leads
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Guide applicants through the leasing process
- Assist with move-ins and resident communications
- Help maintain strong occupancy across the portfolio
- Create and post content showcasing available units and community life
- Represent The Propolis professionally both online and in person
