About The Position

National Corporate Housing is actively seeking a 2027 Summer Hospitality Management Intern with a focus on customer service, vendor management, office administration, and market operations. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience facilitating seamless guest move-ins, building vendor relationships, conducting property visits and apartment inspections, and addressing customer service challenges. Interns will also gain exposure to leadership development in preparation for potential opportunities within National Corporate Housing, including our Leadership Development Program upon graduation. Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate student specializing in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with comfort working directly with clients, vendors, and property partners.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, creative, and eager to learn the corporate housing industry.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to drive throughout the local market as needed to support business activities such as property visits.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of our General Manager role and how market-level teams work together to drive year-round profitability and success.
  • Track and understand key performance indicators and gain exposure to Apartment Setup Coordinator, Guest Experience Coordinator, Account Manager, and Business Development Representative roles.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and property managers to help facilitate seamless guest move-ins and resolve service challenges.
  • Maintain essential office and housewares inventory, including warehouse operations in some locations.
  • Inspect potential unit inventory, meet with property managers, and create property-specific move-in instructions.
  • Perform final apartment inspections to verify cleanliness and completeness before resident arrival and confirm required housewares are present and functional.
  • Drive within the local market as needed to support apartment inspections, property visits, move-ins, and other operational needs.
