About The Position

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking senior hospitality voices to join their team as a Hospitality Industry Consultant. This is a working relationship, not a traditional job, focused on rebuilding 'captain culture' in the premium hospitality sector. The firm aims to establish a service-grade company with consistent operating standards, trained captain-led teams, and documented high show rates. The consultant will provide market insights, calibrate brand standards, train captain teams, leverage their network to open doors for new clients, and co-author industry content. This role is for experienced hospitality professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of service operators and believe in the firm's mission.

Requirements

Extensive career in hospitality, including experience in banquet management, F&B leadership, hotel general management, convention center operations, or premium catering.
Proven ability to build service standards that hold up under pressure.
Experience running large teams during high-volume events.
Understanding the difference between brand standard and field reality.
Desire to shape the next generation of service operators.
Willingness to be part of a firm that takes the work seriously.
