About The Position
Texas Western Hospitality is seeking an entry-level HR Manager to support their HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, assisting with staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The position is located at WI Realty I LP in Addison, TX.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
- Professional presentation skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience in conducting interviews is preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is customer service oriented with a sincere, helpful, caring and friendly personality
