About The Position

The Hospitality Host - Player Development role involves providing real-time, hands-on service to VIP customers who have established relationships with Player Development team members. This position requires demonstrating exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers, providing timely and accurate service in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, and assisting Casino Hosted guests with their requests. The host will handle all operational aspects of the player development department from opening to close daily, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and all required paperwork is completed and filed accurately.

Requirements

  • Must have exceptional guest service skills.
  • Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations.
  • Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of guest service experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred.
  • Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
  • Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred.
