Hospitality Host (Parties & Café)
About The Position
As a Party Host, you help create fun and memorable celebrations for our guests while also supporting café operations. You’ll lead party activities, engage with children and families, and assist with food and beverage service to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. When parties are not scheduled, you will work in the café, assisting with customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and dependable team players who enjoy working in a lively, guest-focused atmosphere. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
- Greet party families and guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through their celebration experience.
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each party, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for the next event.
- Communicate with the Party Coordinator and other team Leads to confirm party details and schedules.
- Ensure that all materials, props, and supplies needed for each party are prepared and available.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment for both children and adults.
- Handle guest questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Track attendance and report any issues or incidents to the Lead promptly.
- Follow all policies and safety procedures to maintain a fun and secure atmosphere.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked, organized, and accurately recorded on the tracker sheet to maintain inventory control and prevent shortages.
- Make every family feel welcome and celebrated throughout their event.
- Communicate clearly with parents or guardians about timing, activities, and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Party/Sales team to share feedback or suggestions from families to improve future events.
- Help ensure that each guest leaves with a positive, memorable experience.
