About The Position

The Hospitality Fill-In employee is responsible for cleaning the building thoroughly and resetting as needed when the regular employees are out. This role involves collaborating with Day Resource Center Staff to maintain the facility and performing various cleaning duties. The position also requires ensuring Paylocity is up to date, including recording hours, and attending DRC Staff Meetings and Staff Mentoring as requested or directed.

Requirements

• Experience with janitorial/maintenance
• The ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
• Operate lifts and other equipment.
• The ability to lift and physical clean.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with others (Day Resource Center Staff) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services needed to maintain the facility.
• Performs other related duties, such as, cleaning the building (mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning showers, emptying trash, and other related duties)
• Clean trash and lost items around property, both inside and outside.
• Presents information for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established internal controls.
• Ensure Paylocity is up to date (Due by the 5th and 20th of each month)
• This includes recording your own hours (clocking in and out).
• DRC Staff Meetings as requested
• Staff Mentoring as directed
