CLA is currently seeking a part-time Hospitality Coordinator in our Phoenix, AZ office. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our service team leaders and play a crucial part in managing various business functions through marketing and administrative support activities. How you’ll create opportunities in this Hospitality Coordinator role: Welcome and greet attendees. Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process. Address, Guide, and Resolve attendee questions. Monitor and replenish supplies. Coordinate and host evening event experiences. Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities. Assist attendee with transportation questions. Actively collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations. What you will need: High school degree or equivalent required; working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred Exemplify CLA values: curious, collaborative, transparent, inclusive, and reliable.
