CLA is currently seeking a part-time Hospitality Coordinator in our Phoenix, AZ office. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our service team leaders and play a crucial part in managing various business functions through marketing and administrative support activities. How you’ll create opportunities in this Hospitality Coordinator role: Welcome and greet attendees. Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process. Address, Guide, and Resolve attendee questions. Monitor and replenish supplies. Coordinate and host evening event experiences. Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities. Assist attendee with transportation questions. Actively collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations. What you will need: High school degree or equivalent required; working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred Exemplify CLA values: curious, collaborative, transparent, inclusive, and reliable. Passionate about impactful work, accountable, initiative-driven, honest, trustworthy, professional, and conscientious. Interest or experience in hospitality or event operations. This is on-site work with flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends. Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Promotes continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail. Willing to learn new technologies. Proficient with MS Windows and Office products.
