CLA is currently seeking a part-time Hospitality Coordinator in our Phoenix, AZ office. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our service team leaders and play a crucial part in managing various business functions through marketing and administrative support activities. How you’ll create opportunities in this Hospitality Coordinator role: • Welcome and greet attendees. • Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process. • Address, Guide, and Resolve attendee questions. • Monitor and replenish supplies. • Coordinate and host evening event experiences. • Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities. • Assist attendee with transportation questions. • Actively collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required; working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred

  • Passionate about impactful work, accountable, initiative-driven, honest, trustworthy, professional, and conscientious.
  • Interest or experience in hospitality or event operations.
  • This is on-site work with flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promotes continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient with MS Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation.
